Surgical Consultations are by appointment only. Please call 484-454-5412 so we can accommodate your schedule with one of our appointment slots. Please bring any relevant medical records, radiographs or clinical pathology results to your consultation appointment.
Our Surgeons (Dr. Dina Schofield, DVM, DACVS, Dr. Sal Galindo, DVM) provide their surgical expertise for procedures including orthopedic surgery and neurosurgery.
During your appointment one of our nurses will come in and take a detailed medical history from you.
Your pet will then undergo a preliminary examination. After this, the surgeon will review the history and physical examination findings with you and formulate a plan for further treatment.
On the morning of surgery please bring your pet in at the time instructed by our staff. We also ask that you bring in all current medications and any special food. Please do not feed your pet for 12 hours prior to your appointment or drop off time as sedation may be required for diagnostic or surgical procedures. You may give your pet water.
A deposit for your pet’s procedure will be collected the morning of surgery. Please refer to our Financial Policies for additional details.
